Finding openings

Finding employment relies heavily on networking and research. Networking happens online, at school, sitting in the classrooms, at social gatherings and business events. If there's at least one other person you can connect with, there's an opportunity to Network. Networking is an attitude, not an event.

Researching job opportunities online and reaching out to connect with employers at virtual job fairs, online meet and greets and at company information sessions make a world of difference in your job search process. Anytime you can connect with an employer and introduce yourself, you've increased your odds of getting a job.
