Career Fairs

Need a job after graduation, an internship, or part-time work while in school?

Virtual career fairs vs. in-person career fairs

Virtual fairs: These video-chat recruiting events coordinated and held on Handshake allow students to sign up for 10-minute, 1:1 virtual meetings or virtual group sessions with employers. Talk with employers via your personal device about full-time, internship, and part-time paid job opportunities.

You must sign up for INDIVIDUAL 1:1 SESSIONS or GROUP SESSIONS on Handshake to participate!

  • Sign up for 10-minute INDIVIDUAL 1:1 SESSIONs to video chat with a recruiter about working at the company.
  • Sign up for a virtual GROUP SESSION for a presentation to learn about the company and their jobs.

In-person fairs: These in-person recruiting events allow students to meet face-to-face with employers at a specific location on campus. Bring your resume (hardcopy and on your phone) to the events and discuss full-time, internship, and part-time paid job opportunities with hiring recruiters. Each employer will have a booth you can visit to talk with recruiters about the available opportunities.
